At Kanwal Malik, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury couture and prêt collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer packaging and security tags attached for approval.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit and include the original invoice provided at the time of delivery.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
